We headed to Kinross to take on Dunfermline in a League game and came away with all three points after a typical battling display.

Sebo Macrae made his 150th appearance for the Club and the Purple and Orange Brigade unveiled a huge banner (available in the Club Shop for £50) of Sebo dressed as Desperate Dan and eating a football shaped cow pie. Don’t know where they get their ideas but they are a breath of fresh air as a support.

However, only boos were coming from the away end, as the fickle nature of football reared its ugly head, when the home side went ahead early on.

Back to cheers though as overlapping right back Fraser equalised with a tap in then we took the lead as a Pars player could only divert a wicked free kick from Ross P into his own net to put us into the lead.

The grass pitch was bumpy and the lines were hardly visible but we buckled down to our task as the game got scrappy.

The second half was unremarkable as we held on to our lead until, with five minutes to go, Dunfermline were awarded a penalty as Goat Junior was adjudged to have fouled an opponent. A harsh decision but one we accepted, particularly as the guy taking the kick put the ball wide, much to our relief.

An away win on grass is always special and a hard game had been taken care due to a massive effort from the squad. Well done to all involved.
