POTD: Stephen Stockman
In: Smith, Muir, Blair
Out: Williams, Walker
Our exceptional start to the season, and Andy D’s
managerial career, continued with a midweek victory over Anniesland Old Crocks
on a wet night at Drumoyne.
One of our set piece experts, Ross Pollock, scored
direct from a corner again and also put the ball onto Ray’s head for one of the
wee midfielders two goals.
Darren also scored but the pick of the goals was
from Del who came off the bench to open the scorer with a cracker. Bent in it
from 25 yards on the right hand side in to far corner.
Good to see a smorgasbord of seven subs on a wet
night with the rain causing technical difficulties as Stockers got voted Player
of the Day.
